This 80 unit lifestyle village is located in Aveley within the City of Swan.
CID is completing the detail documentation of all hydraulic infrastructure to service the 80 Individual Living Units including Community Centre, Swimming pool and Bowling/recreation facilities.
Our services include the detailed design of sanitary drainage, water supply, fire services, gas reticulation as well as all civil, earthworks, road pavements and stormwater drainage infrastructure.
Our scope of works includes the internal design of hydraulic services for the community building, incorporating a kitchen for commercial compliance.
The site location is known to be influenced by below groundwater levels. Careful consideration was foremost at the documentation phase to ensure the works would not impact upon the environment as a result.
An integrated service management plan was prepared and followed in another project where CID Consultants have provided all infrastructure design services. The management plan ensures that clear and concise communication is always maintained.
