This 54 lot residential subdivision is located in Wattle Grove within the Shire of Kalamunda. The subdivision is bounded by Tonkin Highway and Water Corporation managed Yule Brook.
CID documented all civil, earthworks, road pavements, wastewater disposal & water supply, fire protection and stormwater drainage infrastructure.
As part of the project development, CID Consultants completed an Urban Water Management Plan in accordance with Department of Water requirements. Water Sensitive Urban Design principles were incorporated to create a treatment system consisting of below ground storage facility with gross pollutant removal, stormwater treatment swale and stone pitched outlet connection into Yule Brook waterway.
