Location: Lot 303 Sangiorgio Court, Osborne Park

CID Consultants were appointed by Gavin Constructions to carry out the structural engineering design for this 3 storey office building, ground level parking and 2 levels of offices for RED INK Homes located at Sangiorgio Court, Osborne Park.

CID Consultants also provided advice during conceptual development and investigated building method options for our client.

The building comprises of tilt-up perimeter walls and masonry cores, steel columns, beams and framed roof with both the first and second suspended floors being a combination of structural steel and composite floor system (kingfloor).

The building was completed on February 2011.
