CID Consultants are the structural engineers for this 4 story office building with underground basement located at 116 Brighton Road, Scarborough.

Completed in May 2011, the building comprises: two levels of parking (basement & ground level), 3 and a half levels of offices; Insitu reinforced concrete basement with Tilt-up perimeter walls and cores; reinforced concrete columns and flat slabs; masonry partition walls with a framed roof.
