CID Consultants are the Structural Engineers for this 8 storey office building with underground substation in Murray St Perth CBD.
Various construction methods and products were investigated by CID Consultants as part of the commission including consideration of the Perrine Pod and Formcraft building products.
Designed to maximise the available space limited by buildings on 3 sides, the project comprises precast concrete perimeter walls, insitu concrete core walls and suspended slabs.
Due for completion in 2012, this project demands ongoing liaison and investigation during construction with both the Project Architect and appointed contractor.
