CID Consultants provides a complete Building Services package to give clients the convenient advantage of dealing with one consultancy for a range of services.

Led by Principal Gary Wears and supported by Richard Morwell, both of whom have more than 25 years experience in hydraulic design services, CID Consultants provides Hydraulic and Wet Fire design, coupled with electrical/communications and mechanical design services.

The Building Services group has extensive knowledge and experience in servicing health projects with specialist expertise in hospitals and Aged Care.

Hydraulic Services

CID Consultants provides design services and contract administration for:

  • Sanitary plumbing design
  • Property sewer connections
  • Industrial waste treatment design
  • Stormwater drainage design
  • Hot and cold water reticulation design
  • Fire hydrant and hose reel systems
  • Fire sprinkler design
  • Fuel gas reticulation design

Electrical and Communication

CID consultants has partnered with Concept Consultants Australian (CCA) to provide a convenient one stop consultancy for our clients. All civil, structural and hydraulic building services are provided in house while electrical, communication and mechanical services are provided by CCA.

CCA Australia is an established electrical consultancy with over 20 years experience in Perth. They have successfully partnered CID Consultants in numerous projects over the last 5 years and continue to provide expertise in the field.

Software and Technology

CID Consultants use AUTOCAD 2011 and have recently acquired REVIT software enabling 3D plumbing modelling.

CID Consultants have provided services and stand alone hydraulic commission on the following projects;

  • Balladong Lifestyle Village - 42 ILU and 80 bed RAC facility
  • Jurien Lifestyle Village, Jurien - 100 units and Community building
  • Pinjar Village Ashby. 65 strata units
  • Joondalup, Karrinyup and Rockingham bus depot wash down recycle facilities
  • St Brigit Tce Karrinyup - 4 level building
  • Groote Island - 80 person remote accommodations camp
  • Curtin Centre holding camp for 1900 people. Hydraulic and fire services infrastructure
  • Curtin Centre holding camp commercial kitchen for 1900 people. All hydraulic services and trade waste
  • DBNGP Princep Road Depot fire hydrant infrastructure including pumps and tanks.
